The full name of penetrant JFC is fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, which is a non-ionic surfactant. As the name suggests, penetrant is a substance that plays the role of permeation, and also has fixed hydrophilic and lipophilic groups, which can be aligned on the surface of the solution and can significantly reduce the surface tension. Character Composition: condensate of ethylene oxide and higher fatty alcohol Appearance: colorless to light yellow transparent viscous liquid Ionic: non ionic Solubility: it is easily soluble in water, and the solubility of cold water is greater than that of hot water. Stability: acid, alkali, chlorine, heat, hard water and metal salt resistance. Permeability: it has good permeability, wettability and re wettability, and has emulsification and washing effect. Affinity: no affinity for various fibers Mixability: it can be mixed with various surfactants, and is also suitable for mixing with synthetic resin primaries and biological enzymes Purpose: This additive can be used in textile, leather making, printing and dyeing, finishing and other processes. This product cleans the wool and will not remain on the wool after use, without yellowing. The fiber is soft. Adding penetrant JFC into the wool carbonization solution can shorten the carbonization time, reduce the amount of acid, and improve the carbonization effect. When desizing with biological enzyme, using penetrant JFC can accelerate desizing, and can also be used for refining chemical fiber and other synthetic fiber products. Application method 1. Penetration: in the processes of textile, printing and dyeing, finishing, etc., where anionic penetrant cannot be used, this additive can be used, and the dosage is generally 1~5 g/L. 2. Desizing: when desizing (starch pulp) with biological enzyme, the combination of penetrant JFC can accelerate desizing, and the general dosage is about 0.1% of liquid weight. 3. Chemical fiber refining: when refining acetate fiber and other synthetic fiber products, add penetrant jfc2~5g/l and sodium chloride 5g/l into the refining liquid to improve the refining effect. 4. Wool cleaning: the penetrant JFC has the ability to wash wool, and will not remain on the wool after use. It has no yellowing and other defects, and the fiber feel is relatively soft. The penetrant can be used in neutral, alkaline or acidic conditions. It can be combined with soap in hard water, or it can be used alone. The appropriate temperature for use is 40~50. 5. Wool carbonization: permeable agent JFC in wool carbonization. 0.5~1 g/l can shorten the carbonization time, reduce the amount of acid and improve the carbonization effect. Packaging, storage and transportation 1. the product is packed in plastic barrels and plastic bags inside, with a net weight of 50kg per barrel. The storage period is two years. 2. during transportation, the product must be loaded and unloaded with care. The product should be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse, away from heat sources and fire sources, and avoid direct sunlight. |
